We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
If you wish to return your purchase, please make sure to send us a request email to info@jcemarketing.comwithin 30 days of purchase date with your information, reason of return, and invoice number. When we approve your request we will notify via email and you will be issued a "Return Authorization Number" and instructions on how to return the product.
All returned merchandise must be shipped with your Return Authorization Number and the original receipt. We will not process your returns if the receipt is missing. To avoid duties on returned merchandise returns from outside Canada, please mark on your waybill ‘returned merchandise' ‘no commercial value'. We suggest that the packaging that you received your order in be used for return of products and a shipping company that can track packages be used.
Once we receive your returns, we will gladly issue a refund. Please allow up to 30 days for processing of returns. When a refund is issued we will e-mail a confirmation. We regret that we do not refund the original shipping costs for returned items.
