Modes of payment
- We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal for all online orders. Personal and credit card information entered in our website is protected by a secure on-line server. Please read our Privacy Policy page for more details regarding protection of your confidential information..
- If you prefer not to order using the internet, you may fax your order by using our Offline Order Form. To access this form, click on the link below, print and complete the form and fax it to the number indicated. Please be sure to include the quantity, product number(s) and name of the item(s) you are ordering, your billing and shipping address, as well as your credit card information.

Pricing & Taxes
- The prices indicated for our products are in Canadian dollars (CAD). For US and international orders, your credit card company will automatically convert the total and post the charge to your account. The actual exchange rate will be determined by your financial institution as of the date of your transaction.
- G.S.T will be applied to all orders shipped within Canada except the Atlantic Provinces.
- H.S.T. will be appplied to all orders shipped within the Atlantic Provinces.
- PST will be applied to all orders shipped within Ontario
- G.S.T. will also be applied to orders shipped outside of Canada, except when shipped within the United States.
- We are not responsible for duties and outside country taxes that may be charged once the order crosses the border.
Shipping
- All orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays are processed on the next business day. If there should be any delay in shipment or if a product is temporarily out of stock we will notify you right away via email.
- Please allow two weeks for delivery.
- For orders outside of Canada and the U.S.A., please contact us for freight information.
- International orders (any order outside the Canada or the U.S.A) may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied after the shipment reaches your country. You may also be required to pay additional charges for customs clearance. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Contact your local customs office for further information.
Back Orders
- In the event of unanticipated demand, a delay in receiving inventory shipments, or other factors, a backorder may occur. If a requested item is backordered, you will be notified via e-mail.
- The shipping fees will be based on all items included in the order. If we ship an incomplete order, the backordered item will follow at no additional shipping charge.
Returns Policy
- We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
- If you wish to return your purchase, please make sure to send us a request email to info@jcemarketing.com within 30 days of purchase date with your information, reason of return, and invoice number. When we approve your request we will notify via email and you will be issued a "Return Authorization Number" and instructions on how to return the product.
- All returned merchandise must be shipped with your Return Authorization Number and the original receipt. We will not process your returns if the receipt is missing. To avoid duties on returned merchandise returns from outside Canada, please mark on your waybill ‘returned merchandise' ‘no commercial value'. We suggest that the packaging that you received your order in be used for return of products and a shipping company that can track packages be used.
- Once we receive your returns, we will gladly issue a refund. Please allow up to 30 days for processing of returns. When a refund is issued we will e-mail a confirmation. We regret that we do not refund the original shipping costs for returned items.
